9:00 am - 9:30 am PRESENTATION OF RETENTION and DESIGN

9:30 am – 11:30 am DESIGN on PAPER and CUP

11:30 pm - 12:00 pm BREAK 

12:00 pm - 12:30 pm MANEQUIN

12:30 pm – 1:00 pm TROUBLESHOOTING EXAMPLES

1:00 pm - 3:00 pm INSTRUCTOR HANDS ON MODEL
